Partner Use, Like a Timeshare

This is a cashflow asset, and it is also a place you can actually use.

Simple rule: partners get guaranteed personal weeks, booked in advance, outside of peak retreat dates.

How it works

  • Each partner gets a set number of personal-use nights per year
  • Booked through a shared calendar, first come first served
  • Blackout dates for scheduled retreats and full-house buyouts
  • Option to convert unused nights into guest credits
